Avangrid slow steady long term growh
Avangrid is a growing renewable and natural gas utility with expected long term growth of over 9% and a high 4% dividend to boot. It is below book value, and has recent insider buying. It services the northeast US area (where I live) which has both cold winters and hot summers. Natural gas is plentiful and dirt cheap in this region due to the Marcellus shale. Customers cannot live off-grid in this area and thus need power utility support, so it is a guaranteed customer base. This is a very long term (possibly lifetime) position.
