The 50MA is converging with the 200 MA on the daily chart. If it crosses above it is referred to as a golden cross and is considered to have upward momentum. The idea is simple but can be added with other indicators to support a trade.
Bears say AMC has too much debt. I read that AMC successfully refinanced some debt. Huge win for the company. If they ever go bankrupt it ain't happening yet. They're very much still in the game.
