Here is a quick update regarding the shareholder's meeting:

There are around 400,000,000 shares and Adam Aron (CEO of AMC) recently announced that there are 3,000,000 individual shareholders. 400/3 = 133 shares on average owned by each individual. When you factor in institutions and retail investors owning over 1000 shares and even more the numbers don't add up. This could be evidence of synthetic shares.

The reason they reschedule the shareholder's meeting is most likely linked to the fact they received more votes than physically possible. Imagine there are only 400 million shares but they received over 500 million votes.
3️⃣
That makes zero sense!!!!! Adam Aron saw this and said "hell naaaah we're going to postpone the votes" (this does not constitute an exact citation but merely a satirical take on the situation at hand). The guy is smart and he knows whats going on with the stock, he's paying attention and his recent actions have demonstrated that he has the shareholder's best interest. As for me I like the stock!
