AMC has started an impulsive upward rally from just around 2 USD and reached to 72.62 dollars!. Is it finished? Not yet I think.
As shown in the chart, price is near to very strong support formed by 0.618 retracement of last rally, 1.272 extension of wave b and 100 % projection of wave a. All these Fiboancci levels are typical !.
Moreover, Stochastic indicator is deep in oversold zone in daily, hourly and 30m time frames. Possible bullish divergence is also forming in daily time frame in the case of possible bullish reversal.
There may be still 3 up going waves to complete the whole Elliott Cycle. However, we enter into the trade just in the case of bullish reversal and stick to our predefined stop loss objectively. Don't we?
If this support zone can not push the price back next support is 0.786 retracement level around 22 USD.
