Year of AMD - LONG

1. We will need more CPU performance this year.
2. Intel 9th Gen cpus are bugged (5-30% slowdown), so serverside (hello amazon) will need AMD threadrippers, and AMD EPYC. Plus we will have "Ryzen II" soon.
3. When you decide what to buy - users will now think that Intel - is slow (even it is not) and prefer more "AMD brand" .

p.s. Yes, we know that AMD is not affected by "Meltdown bug", but it is affected by "Spectre bug". This can be fixed only with next gen chip making (i think will not be implemented in Ryzen II).
