ARN handle formation complete
It looks to me like cup formation finished successfully some time ago, and now handle formation has completed successfully --- leading to a transition into the breakout phase.

dont interpret the curve shown as a direct path, that is simply the target projected long term, expect some bumps in the road along the way but we will get there
