Resistance will be 38769, pattern will complete once price break out it.
If BTC can take out the resistance, trading strategy as below.

a) 39661~40221.5----Fib(1.272~1.382)
b) 40795----Fib(1.618)
c) 42047.5----Fib(2)
Stop losses:
a) 36632----Red horizontal ray
