BTC Where is the Bottom?

We can see that BTC corrected 40% to our last target 38.6k. From here we have two scenarios ahead of us:
1- We could see BTC reverse from here and go to new highs as it happened many times in the last cycles. A 40% correction then a rally up.
2- The Bulls could gain power step by step to beat the bears, that way the market would still go down maybe to 35k, then the balance between the bulls and bears could be restored and after that the bulls take over. In this phase, the market would go down bit by bit and would take some time (maybe weeks) before recovering.
Note: I think the first scenario is the most likely, however, keep in mind that we always have a second option in trading...
