I will be following again the materials sector this week. This time I have CLF.
I like:
1) Didn´t break the 18 zone.
2) Didn´t break EMA 20
3) Did a nice hammer candle with acceptable volume
I will be looking for this:
1) An opening above 18,50
2) Volmue
My strategy: I will be taking a position above 18,50 with a stop loss below EMA 20. My take profit will be around the max. area. I will be paying attention to any news regarding the materials sector.

Didn´t meet critirea number (1): opening above 18,50. Automatically discarted this strategy.Looks like the gap needs to be filled in order to see a bounce.
