DAX - cover longs and be cautious with shorts
German Index corrected once again today showing a nice resistance area around 11700, the gap formed few days ago is looking more like an exhausted gap and also the divergence on the RSI index is pointing in the same direction - we can see a correction in the following days.
Even if there are pretty nice signs that a correction will push the market back to the 11250 area i advice cautious with those shorts, i think that, on a long run we will see DAX trading above this level. But for mom i think there are nice chances to see DAX trading around 11250 and i advice going short with a small stop loss.
