DOWI: Post FOMC Count. The "Fear" of a 4th rate hike subsided.

The Market was very volatile today after the FOMC. That is to be expected as the market digests every word that comes out from the FED. However, the greatest push for the Bull market is the statement from the FED that there will only be three rate hikes this year instead of the much feared 4th rate hike. This is just an ALTERNATE count.
