US Dollar Index - bullish counts
Some commentators I occasionally read are calling for a prolonged decline in the US dollar, that they believe topped back in January ,2017. But sometimes I'm not so sure. These two counts both reach the same conclusion though and thats there may be some upside to the US dollar. The blue count is part of a decline camp and is labeling it as an ABC correction after 5 waves down from the 2017 high. The red count is impulsive and still believes the US dollar has a number legs higher and started a 5th wave back in February, 2018. A decisive break blow this present level would, in my eyes, negate both these counts and put the Dollar on a firmly bearish setting.
