Since Nov 2017 leg 4 has never retraced more than 50%
Currently leg 4 (black) has retraced 50% which means we may just have
completed leg 4 (also shown as the blue ABC correction of sub-waves 1-5)
This leaves us with one option only ... and that is to start black wave (v).
Also look at the 2 possible positions for leg 5 (0.0033672 sats or 0.0045874 sats)
If leg (v) will equal the length of leg (iii) it will be 0.0033672 sats
Should it be 1.618 of leg (iii) it will be 0.0045874 sats
