Some people just like to do new things. He will still be involved, and even if he's not who cares. GOOGLE don't, and neither do I :)
Plan on taking some profit around the 7.50 - 8.00$ range and diversifying a bit, however I will be on the long term HODL for this coin. With institutional involvement, I really am curious what kind of gains we will see in 2021.
