Is FIL preparing for a serious growth?

I also suggest considering an asset such as #FIL.
The Fibonacci levels intersect nicely with the area of interest on the chart.
I think we can expect a repeat of the price increase to the recent local high and possibly a move above it.
Buy from current values.
Targets on the chart. But the higher the % of expected profit, the longer you may have to wait.
