Is ICP going to break this resistance?

A local trend line can be identified on the ICP chart. The bulls tried to break this trend line, but it ended up as a false break. After that, we see a continuation of the decline. Now the price could come down below the low and collect liquidity or try to break the trend line again and head upwards. In both cases, a breakdown of the trend line could be a good buying opportunity.
