Here is a nice graphical display of what happened the last 3 times that IWM was deeply oversold and then turned up and hit +100 on CCI. CCI here is simply the 1 standard deviation above the 21-day average.

Let's see what happens this time. This time the VIX is a lot lower than the other examples, but either way it was worthy of your attention.
