LL Blow Off Top?!?! How To Profit From It!
Currently, LL is deeply overbought and has moved outside its upper Bollinger bands. It has had a weakening as it reaches the next resistance line. Also, we're starting to see some oscillator divergence showing some bearishness. That's on the price front, but also when it comes to implied volatility, LL has an IV rank of 100 and options are priced for a big move, which likely won't happen.
The trade we would want to place is to short naked calls or vertical spreads. Naked calls are preferred to vertical spreads, for liquidity reasons. 3 weeks to expiration, at the money.
