The Blue Line in the 
LTC chart is a critically important level. It represents the First crash before the retrace, then also tags the middle peak during the accumulation. Once we look at the weekly candles we find that the candle stopped EXACTLY at that same level. It is my Humble opinion that LTC is a steal under $200.
