Ahh Lululemon… every single female who dreams of taking the “better me” approach to life loves f***ing $LULU. I swear these clothes have drugs on them. As it stands their rise to being a fashion statement that you can sweat in is fairly impressive but their constant improvements in a simple piece of fabric is what is really impressive.
A look into the numbers of
LULU there is a path to a solid sheet. There revenue dipped from the 1st to the 2nd quarter but what is a positive sign is the 5% rev. growth yoy. LULU efficiency is also something to note as they have a ROA of 17% which is similar to that of $NKE.
NowLULU chart is the most interesting part. They're are forming a tight range over the last month and a half and with a solid earnings call I see it touching the resistance price around $64. If that does happen we will see a cross up of the 50MA over the 200MA in a bullish manner which could send this to north of $64 with buyer momentum.
