The circulating supply changes depending who you ask, but it's basically the entire pie minus the ~19% held by the team and early contributors, which vests over 3 years, and advisors. Out of the circulating supply, about 20% is held in a community reserve to incentivize content creation and partnerships, other 10% for an employee pool and 10% as an endowment. If you subtract these, then the 110M that are staked to the Terraform represent roughly 10% of the total."
