KL 20,341 is the level to stay Short under. The tricks in the O/N and 10 minute pop 300 point Tweets are loosing effect. Fed Day was strange and UK Deal was overrated. Existing longs may pick up some speed on stalling lifts. Yellow arrows to the left are short targets.

Off session moves/levels that help to lift the NAZ up. KL 773 will need to hold and may easily be retested. The O/N has helped to stabilize the NAZ for the past 3 plus years. We have only seen 2 O/N periods that were near limit down -7%, we had 3-4 limit down (-5% back then) during the 1 month Covid drop. Reg Sessions are lower to flat, usually. Next 2 days will set up next move up and away or lower.Nota
Thursday O/N Rig starting, should be near arrow by morning. This is how it sets up the Long move for F-M play. O/N constantly redirects any Reg Session drop back up. Just an FYI if you are short.Nota
6am Update, NAZ did lift some in O/N, chart below is the Short call at current level on 4/3, U Turned at 1st yellow arrow, white arrows are Rig moves up to redirect the NAZ, 20,018 is strong short below to KL 19,444, the Shaded Zones are Failed Auctions the will be retested, FA Zones can be reversal zones. 5/12 Update, Top of Channel move In the Overnight and with a Gap Open. You can see why the NAZ was held up on Friday and would not drop below KL 018. Anyway, this will have to have follow through and just wiped out all or many Shorts. The 21,256 is YTD Open and may be the target for now. Not sure I see the NAZ running up 10-15% from there prior to a drop test below and that would have to happen during the Open Drive of any Reg Session as that appears the only time that we see some selling. The Long moves are good but very exaggerated to an extreme, this will not hold. Nota
O/N Air Pocket with Divergence developing. This lower indicator area will have to fill in or the Failed Auctions in the O/N will be retested in the O/R. Nota
NDX, when the Reg Session opens the NDX Gap open will be one of the widest gaps going back many years.
