TSLA - Long from 226

Hello all

I am long on TSLA from 226 (shares).

Looking to hold 50% of these long-term. Selling half @ 250.

Will double down if TSLA touches the 200 area.

R:R for long is very attractive. Don't see much more downside unless the MACRO trend continues down.

Added the remaining 40% of my holdings for this trade at 185.50. This is for LONG term, and are shares not options. I have been invested in TSLA since 2013.

It seems some of these new retail traders are interested in chasing daily candles. This is not something I am looking to offload at the end of the week.

Obviously, the MACRO trend took a hit on TSLA today, but look at FB, AMAZON, getting crushed. That's something TSLA can't control.

300% on a 180/190 call spread from open. Loving this trade setup! Will re-assess at EOD as to what my next move is. Either going to hedge with a put, or add some 250 calls for earnings.

Update: On Friday around 11 AM picked up some 207.50 calls for the 14th. Closed this morning for 66%.

Still have ALL of my shares. Sticking by my call of 225-235 area before earnings.

That AH movement today! Looks like we saw 225 before I expected!

Congrats to all that won off this trade. I really wish I loaded up some more around 180, but I am thankful for what I had put in front of me. Once in a lifetime opportunity.

I'll continue to sell calls against my shares (weekly ~1.5 std dev OTM), but I will not be adding anymore unless we see the 180 price levels again.
