Price is trying to go above ATH

TTK Healthcare recently tried to delist but that didn't happen.
Stock has not much growth or capex spending.
They have around 800 crores from the sale of a business. May be market is expecting a huge dividend.
I assume that is the reason Price is moving one way from 900 levels.
Results are not that great.
It crossed all time high and retracing with low volumes.
I am not trading in this. I do not have any capital to trade. I am only watching this, will apply this learning in future trades.

It is retracing at the support level. There are chances it may fall back.Volumes should support the clean breakout for up move confirmation.

The reason I see in TTK Healthcare, 1. market is waiting for big dividend from this company. They have 800 crores idle money.
2. Pharma sector is +ve.
If you are not convinced then buy one or two shares in dips.
Their plans to delist failed, they have to give big dividend this time. Just follow market.
