Gold Update (XAU/USD):
The bullish outlook we discussed in yesterday’s live stream is unfolding as expected, with Gold steadily climbing in today’s session. This move is driven by two key factors:
1️⃣ Inflation Expectations: Speculation that President-elect Donald Trump’s policies could stoke inflation has fueled interest in Gold as a hedge.
2️⃣ Geopolitical Risks: Ongoing tensions in the Russia-Ukraine conflict and the Middle East continue to bolster safe-haven demand.
Additionally, a pullback in the US Dollar is offering Gold further support. However, elevated US Treasury yields, underpinned by the Fed’s cautious approach to future rate cuts, may limit the upside in the short term.
