This is a structural no-brainer. There is no reason to wait for this one for any specific price. It is ripe to be bought.

Potential consolidation to continue between .20 - .30, but that will not last.

Many have pm'd me asking how I got the target. Three ways. First, the fact that it even stopped at exactly my target line is luck. I published nearly 600 ideas. Odds are a few random targets in no man's land will hit. Second, when you look through charts often enough, you won't have to draw lines, look at indicators, or confirm Fibonacci retracements. .75 was a logical psychological level that was also about the same measured move as the consolidation. I didn't measure it when charting, but looking at it now it is almost exactly the same distance.
