XRP - Tagging along with BTC

A quick update on XRP.
You need to understand this first: There is NO BULL MARKET for alts when BTC is in a BEAR market. The opposite also applies.

When do ALTS move to the upside?
When BTC is in a BULL MARKET and CONSOLIDATES.

By move I mean big moves. I'm also not talking pumps/dumps.

Currently, XRP is moving up with Bitcoin. If Bitcoin can capture 40k resistance (and reverse to sustained upward movement), the road is open for alts to climb as well.
