Listen, people, the sec and the government don't like ripple labs simply because it's a scammy organization everyone can see that they are pumping and dumping XRP and so these legal battles continue both at the federal level and at the California level. This just shows you when people say that XRP is decentralized obviously the value of XRP will hugely be driven by the result of these lawsuits and it just shows you how centralized the currency is.
