Court: C.D. California

Case: 2:25-cv-01396

Lead Plaintiff has been appointed to represent investors in the class action against The Trade Desk.

What is this lawsuit about?

Between May 9, 2024, and February 12, 2025, The Trade Desk assured investors that the transition from its old ad-buying platform, Solimar, to the new AI-powered platform, Kokai, was seamless, and that full adoption would occur by the end of 2024.

However, on February 12, 2025, the company reported Q4 revenue of $741 million, which fell below its guidance. The CEO also disclosed during the earnings call that both platforms were still being maintained.

Following this, TTD dropped by 32%.

Then, on February 19, 2025, shareholders filed a claim against The Trade Desk.
