What is this lawsuit about?

In December 2022, Muddy Waters' reports concluded that DLocal is "likely a fraud." Soon later, Argentina started an investigation into a possible DLO $400M fraud.

Following this, DLO dropped over 17%.

Then, on October 6, 2023, shareholders filed a claim against DLocal.
