Australia's Johns Lyng Group to be acquired for $725 million

Australian building services provider Johns Lyng Group JLG said on Friday it has agreed to be acquired by Sherwood BidCo, an entity controlled by Pacific Equity Partners for about A$1.1 billion ($725.01 million) in cash under a scheme of arrangement.
