PFC to issue perpetual bonds, bankers say
India's Power Finance Corp PFC plans to raise 5 billion rupees ($230.5 million), which includes a greenshoe option of 4 billion rupees, through the sale of perpetual bonds, three bankers said on Tuesday.
It has invited coupon and commitment bids for the issue on Thursday, they said. The bonds will have a call option at the end of 10 years.
PFC did not immediately reply to a Reuters email seeking comment.
