Hungary posts June budget surplus, helped by dividend payments

Hungary's budget posted a 27.4 billion forint ($80.62 million) surplus in June, helped by corporate tax revenue and dividend payments by companies including national lottery company Szerencsejatek Zrt. and Corvinus Zrt., the economy ministry said on Tuesday.

It said the June surplus narrowed the deficit to 2.77 trillion forints for the first six months from 2.8 trillion at the end of May.
