(“Clean Seed” or the “Company”) (NEX:CSX.H) announces that it has received from the British ColumbiaSecurities Commission and the Ontario Securities Commission arevocation order dated June 10, 2025, to the failure-to-file ceasetrade order previously issued on January 5, 2024.
The Company also announces that it has filed thefollowing financial statements (with corresponding managementdiscussion and analysis and certifications):
1. annual audited financialstatements for the year ended June 30, 2023,
2. interim financial report forthe period ended September 30, 2023,
3. interim financial report forthe period ended December 31, 2023,
4. interim financial report forthe period ended March 31, 2024,
5. annual audited financialstatements for the year ended June 30, 2024,
6. interim financial report forthe period ended September 30, 2024,
7. interim financial report forthe period ended December 31, 2024, and
8. interim financial report forthe period ended March 31, 2025.
The Company has also filed certain continuousdisclosure materials for the fiscal years ended June 30, 2023, and2024 concerning its audit committee, corporate governance andexecutive compensation.
It is the Company’s intention to hold an annualgeneral meeting of the Company’s shareholders within the next threemonths.
The Company has made application to the TSX VentureExchange for reinstatement of trading. A further news release willbe disseminated when a date to resume trading has been set.
