Major updates to indicator.
1) I fixed the logic with some of the wicks failing to plot. This was due to the wicks only plotting conditionally. I changed the logic to always plot wicks, even if they result in a length of 0.
2) I added HTF candle pattern detection. I included a large number of patterns that can be selected (all are defaulted to off) and it will show the candlestick pattern name above or below the candle if one is detected.
