Three Line Break Backtest This is a modified version of the three line break price representation.
It is composed with 2 lines made of Close price values forming a “cloud”.
If the trend is bullish and the price breach the lower level of the green
cloud, a new bearish trend is taking place.
If the current trend is bearish and the price breakout the upper band of
the cloud, a new bullish trend is forming.
This is a “price action” indicator, signals may be filtered by long term trend
analysis with other indicators such as Supertrend for instance.

Chop and explodeThe purpose of this script is to decipher chop zones from runs/movement/explosion
The chop is RSI movement between 40 and 60
tight chop is RSI movement between 45 and 55. There should be an explosion after RSI breaks through 60 (long) or 40 (short). Tight chop bars are colored black, a series of black bars is tight consolidation and should explode imminently. The longer the chop the longer the explosion will go for. tighter the better.
Loose chop (whip saw/yellow bars) will range between 40 and 60.
the move begins with blue bars for long and purple bars for short.
Couple it with your trading system to help stay out of chop and enter when there is movement. Use with "Simple Trender."
Best of luck in all you do. Get money.
Dotenslayer : An open range breakouts method indicator for botThis script shows the long and short points of certain Japanese bots like 'DotenKun' which use open range breakouts method.
Searching recent 18 bars as default and shows the range calculated with a factor (default k = 1.6). You can edit this condition by yourself.
When filled the long or short conditions, also shows the indicator on the price chart to help your trading on BTC.
Also, this script can make alarm events related to those conditions.
This script only works for BTCUSD, XBTUSD, BTCJPY, FXBTCJPY with 1H time span.
Disclaimer :
I don't own the source code of the certain bots and I didn't directly reference the source code of it.
So which means, I don't guarantee this script works as same as the bots works.
Also, I didn't mean to disturb their trading bot businesses.

Fractal BreakoutFirst of all, huge credit to synapticEx , whose brilliant use of the security function inspired me to figure out a way to get quasi-shape boundaries automatically drawn on a chart.
This study draws upper and lower trend lines, based on configurable fractal*** reversal detection, calculates slope from the last two upper or lower reversal points, and then extends a dotted line along the same slope...until the next upper (or lower) reversal occurs. If the high (or low) breaks this extension, the dotted line becomes solid to aid visibility. Reversal detection is configurable to use any number of ticks, but probably four to eight will work best.
I made the inclusion of volume in the reversal logic optional (off by default) and left the existing SMA input found in synapticEx's code intact, albeit with a lower default. With the addition of trend lines, I found volume hindered identification of reversals, although I could try various other filters than the SMA included originally.
I have also left intact the very nice ability to change the period and use the requested period identify reversals, courtesy of synapticEx.
This could be used in a strategy, as the values plotted are actual values that are available to include in logic and do not include knowledge of the future. However , information is not available until the floor of half the number of ticks used in reversal detection (I then offset by that number to line things up visually). Having never heard of it until now, I just Googled the Bill Williams Alligator strategy, which looks interesting, so maybe I could see how this could be ported to that.
***As I typed this, I remembered that while making reversal detection configurable, I changed the detection logic simply to look for highest (or lowest) of the desired length of ticks. I don't know whether this is not strictly fractal anymore, but if desired, with a little work, I could make it require consecutive, consistent changes before and after each reversal again.
Here are a few screenshots from hourly ticks, using the "current" (hourly) period, with and without volume, and playing with the number of points used to identify reversals.

B3 Bar Cycle MTF (fix)Apologies, there was an error in printing for the thick gray boxes, happened when MTF was switched on. All better, and here is the details from before:
This is an interesting study that can be used as a tool for determining trend direction, and also could be a trailing stop setter. I use it as a gauge on MTF settings. If on, you can look at the bar cycle of the 1h while on the 15m giving you a lot of information in one tool. If a line is missing high or low, it is because it was broken, if both exist you are trading in range and cloud appears. If both sides break you get thick gray boxes above and below bar.
Get used to editing the inputs to suit your liking. Often 3-5 length and always looking at different resolutions to get a big picture story. You could put multiple instances of the study up to see them simultaneously. I based the idea off of Krausz's 3 day cycle which you can read about in his teachings. I tend to find it looking better using Heikin Ashi bar-style.

Opening Range Breakout (ORB) with Fib RetracementOverview
“ORB with Fib Retracement” is a Pine Script indicator that anchors a full Fibonacci framework to the first minutes of the trading day (the opening-range breakout, or ORB).
After the ORB window closes the script:
Locks-in that session’s high and low.
Calculates a complete ladder of Fibonacci retracement levels between them (0 → 100 %).
Projects symmetric extension levels above and below the range (±1.618, ±2.618, ±3.618, ±4.618 by default).
Sub-divides every extension slice with additional 23.6 %, 38.2 %, 50 %, 61.8 % and 78.6 % mid-lines so each “zone” has its own inner fib grid.
Plots the whole structure and—optionally—extends every line into the future for ongoing reference.
**Session time / timezone** – Defines the ORB window (defaults 09:30–09:45 EST).
**Show All Fib Levels** – Toggles every retracement and extension line on or off.
**Show Extended Lines** – Draws dotted, extend-right projections of every level.
**Color group** – Assigns colors to buy-side (green), sell-side (red), and internal fibs (gray).
**Extension value inputs** – Allows custom +/- 1.618 to 4.618 fib levels for personalized projection zones.

HTF Candle Breakout Fibonacci LevelsThis indicator automatically plots Fibonacci retracement levels on a lower timeframe (LTF) after detecting a breakout candle on a selected higher timeframe (HTF).
🔍 How It Works
When a candle on your selected HTF closes beyond the high or low of the previous candle, the indicator automatically draws Fibonacci levels on the LTF.
These levels remain visible until the next HTF candle is formed — allowing you to trade retracements with contextual precision.
⸻
⚙️ Customization Options
From the indicator settings, you can modify:
• The HTF candle timeframe (default is 1D)
• Fibonacci levels and colors
• Enable or disable “Show Only the Latest Levels” — ideal for live trading to keep the chart clean and focused.
⸻
🟪 HTF Candles Preview
After applying the indicator, you’ll see 3 vertical bars on the right edge of your LTF chart. These represent a live preview of the last three HTF candles and update in real-time.
If you prefer a cleaner chart, disable this feature via the “Show HTF Candles” toggle in the settings.

Moving Volume-Weighted Avg Price, % Channel, BBsThis script includes:
- Moving Volume-Weighted Average Price line.
- User-defined % band above and below, very useful for "breakout" signals, and mentally adjusting to the magnitude of price swings when viewing an automatic scale on the price axis.
- Volume-Weighted Bollinger Bands, which are more sensitive to volume.
More detail:
- This is like TV's basic VWAP in concept, except the major flaw in that is that it has reset periods that you can't override, and the volume is cumulative until the next hard reset. The 'reset' is OK for securities trading, that resets every day anyway. But not for crypto - and not if/when securities trading goes 24/7. Also, the denominator accumulating over the entire period is also *not* OK, because then what is shown means something different as the day progresses - which kind of makes it useless. In other words, it starts out very sensitive to volume, and gets progressively more numb to it as they day progresses, and starts flattening out.
- This fixes both problems, by using a user-definable moving window for the average. Essentially combining SMA with volume-weighting.
- You may also find an invaluable trading aid, in the % bands above and below.
- What can optionally be shown is standard deviation bands, aka Bollinger bands. The advantage over regular BB is that it's volume-weighted. Since it is already calculated on a moving average, the period for the standard deviation has been shortened by default, and the magnitude increased, to better approximate regular Bollinger Bands - but it's still more responsive to volume.

RSI Box Strategy (pseudo- Grid Bot)This is a strategy intended primarily for algorithmic traders. It's a pseudo-grid bot that uses a dynamic, volume-weighted grid that only updates when the RSI meets certain conditions. It's also a breakout strategy, whereas normal grid bots are not (typical grid bots sell when a higher grid is reached, whereas this strategy sells when a lower grid is breached under specific conditions). This strategy also sells 100% of pyramiding orders on close.
In a nutshell, the strategy updates its grid to the volume-weighted highest/lowest values of your given source ("src" in the settings) each time that there is a RSI crossunder/crossover. From this range it produces an evenly-spaced grid of five lines, and uses the current source to determine which grid line is closest to the source. Then, if the source crosses over the line directly above the current line, it enters a buy order. If the source crosses under the line directly below the current line, it enters a sell order.
You can configure shorts, source, RSI length, and overbought/oversold levels in the settings.
For the strategy results below: fees are at 0.1% per trade, with order size 1% of equity and a max pyramiding value of 33. For a greater R/R profile, you can increase the order size, which will increase drawdown but potentially yield better results.
Days in rangeThis script is a little widget that I made to do some homework on the VIX.
As you can see in the chart I was analyzing the 2008 market crash and the stats that followed it after until the market started to recover.
You can see that theory in my "Ideas" tab.
This is an interactive set of lines that you can use to count the the bars inside and outside of your chosen range, and the percentage outside that range.
You should initially enter the price range of your product in the menu and set some arbitrary dates that you can easily see on your chart.
Drag and drop the lines around to suit what price and the dates you are analyzing.
The table will display the bar count inside and outside of the range, the total bars, and the percentage outside that range.
I personally used this as a tool to study the overall average of the product, compared with the behavior during major market events.
It is currently my opinion that post 2020 analysis needs to take into account the behavior of any given product prior to 2020 when the
VIX was in its comfort zone. Not to say that a price valuation hasn't been set, but that the movement to that price was outside of "Normal Market Conditions,"
and the time factor to return to that value might be skewed. Other factors would need to be considered at that point pertaining to your specific product or corelating indicator.
I could see this tool being useful to Forex and commodities traders. But that isn't my field so that that for what it is. I do think it would perform best on something that is more
pegged to a price range. I personally would use it on product's, like the VIX, that I use as an indicator product. That is what it was designed for.
But I suppose it could be used for Mean price and time related analysis, maybe with a Vwap, SMA or other breakout style indicators.
Volume analysis might be pretty sporty. Possibly time patterns... the possibilities could be endless. Or... limited.
I am publishing this for my trade group so that it can be tinkered with to find other helpful ways to use it.
If anyone finds something interesting with other indicators, please drop a comment below and I could consider creating a script to integrate with this tool.
HMA Breakout Buy/Sell indicator for Scalping & Intraday - ShyamHi All,
This is a very simple indicator which provides the buy signal, when the moving average lines turns Green and sell signal, when the moving average signal turns red. This can be used for both intraday and scalping method with different timeframes. But best time frame is 5 minutes.
Buy Signal >>> Line turns GREEN (Use trailing SL to cover maximum profit)
Sell Signal >>> Line turns RED (Use trailing SL to cover maximum profit)
No trade >>> Line turns GRAY
Best timeframe >>> 5 minutes
Thanks,
