As usual, I was experimenting with adding different entry/exit filters to my main strategy. Thought of adding higher frame filter, picked the code for getting higher time frame supertrend from someone else's script and copied it without thinking much about it.

Started getting better results with this result. I was very much impressed and while trying to enhance further, I started disabling my other entry and exit filters which I generally use.
That worked pretty well without any of my other filters. Hence, thought I will forward test this on a smaller timeframe.
To my surprise, even in forward testing, i was not able to notice repainting very much. It also appeared that smaller timeframes yielded better results. (This wasn't the case with any of my strategies)
Which then prompted me to study the security function and lookahead and gap parameters. Learned that lookahead and gap when set to true will lead to massive repainting - specially if you are using higher timeframes. Hence, these parameters are not advisable to use in strategies.

I added three repaint options to further illustrate how security function will work:
Yes : Use security with lookahead and merge set to true
No - set lookahead false : Use security with lookahead and merge set to false
No - do not use security : Falls back to original command on current timeframe. Switch timeframe to HTF resolution to compare the difference.
Conclusion : Always set lookahead and gaps to false when using security function in strategies.
PS: Script also contains code to limit backtesting to certain days/months/years. This can be used as is in other scripts.

ATR GOD Strategy by TradeSmart (PineConnector-compatible)This is a highly-customizable trading strategy made by TradeSmart, focusing mainly on ATR-based indicators and filters. The strategy was implemented using the following logic:
Entry strategy:
A total of 4 Supertrend values can be used to determine the entry logic. There is option to set up all 4 Supertrend parameters individually, as well as their potential to be used as an entry signal/or a trend filter. Long/Short entry signals will be determined based on the selected potential Supertrend entry signals, and filtered based on them being in an uptrend/downtrend (also available for setup). Please use the provided tooltips for each setup to see every detail.
Exit strategy:
4 different types of Stop Losses are available: ATR-based/Candle Low/High Based/Percentage Based/Pip Based. Additionally, Force exiting can also be applied, where there is option to set up 4 custom sessions, and exits will happen after the session has closed.
Parameters of every indicator used in the strategy can be tuned in the strategy settings as follows:

█ FUNCTIONS
cagr(entryTime, entryPrice, exitTime, exitPrice)
It calculates the "Compound Annual Growth Rate" between two points in time. The CAGR is a notional, annualized growth rate that assumes all profits are reinvested. It only takes into account the prices of the two end points — not drawdowns, so it does not calculate risk. It can be used as a yardstick to compare the performance of two instruments. Because it annualizes values, the function requires a minimum of one day between the two end points (annualizing returns over smaller periods of times doesn't produce very meaningful figures).
Parameters:
entryTime : The starting timestamp.
entryPrice : The starting point's price.
exitTime : The ending timestamp.
exitPrice : The ending point's price.
Returns: CAGR in % (50 is 50%). Returns `na` if there is not >=1D between `entryTime` and `exitTime`, or until the two time points have not been reached by the script.

This script helps to alert you when a trailing stop is hit. More specifically it alerts you when the low of the candle crosses below your trailing stop. A trailing stop follows a price positive movements. It raises your stop when price goes up, but keeps it at the same level if price goes down, so it "locks" in your profit. You define your long entry bar and choose one of the following methods for the stop:
ATR
The Average True Range (ATR) is popular to trail stops. The trailing stop is raised by the low minus the ATR (times a factor that can be set under the settings for ATR).
EMA
The Exponential Moving Average (EMA) can be used to trail your stop. When the low goes below the EMA an alert is sent about the stop. Its length can be set in the settings.
SMA
The Simple Moving Average (SMA) can be used to trail your stop. When the low goes below the SMA an alert is sent about the stop. Its length can be set in the settings.
Source
An external source can be useful as a stop signal. You can use this option that will stop you out when the signal returns anything else than "na". E.g. if you want a stop when KivancOzbilgic script "SuperTrend" () turns red, you set the source to "Supertrend: Down Trend". This option will not draw pretty things on the chart, but it will alert you!

In general - this is incredible simple script to use and understand.
First of all You can see this script working with only long orders, it means we going to get money if crypto grows only. Short orders we need to close the position on time.
In this script we buy crypto and sell with step 1% upper.
You can simply change the step by changing the price arrays.
Please note, if You want to see where the levels of this script is You Have to copy the next my indicator called LEVEL 1%
In general - if the price has across the price-level we buy some crypto and loose permission for buying for this level till we sell some crypto. There is ''count_of_orders" array field with value 2. When we bought some crypto the value turns to 0. 0 means not allowed to by on this level!!! The script buy if the bar is green only(last tick).
The script check every level(those we can see in "price_to_sellBue" array).
If the price across one of them - full script runs. After buying(if it possible) we check is there any crypto for sell on the level.
We check all levels below actual level( of actual level - ''i'' than we check all levels from 0 to i-1).
If there is any order that has value 0 in count of orders and index <= i-1 - we count it to var SELL amount and in the end of loop sell all of it.
Pay attention - it sells only if price across the level with red bar AND HAS ORDERS TO SELL WHICH WAS BOUGHT BELOW!!!
In Strategy tester it shows not-profitables orders sometimes, because if You have old Long position - it sells it first. First in - first out.
If the price goes down for a long time and You sell after 5 buys You sell the first of it with the highest value.
There is 2 protection from horrible buying in this strategy. The first one - Supertrend. If the supertrend is red - there is no permission for buy.
The second one - something between PIVOT and supertrend but with switcher.
If the price across last minimum - switcher is red - no permission for buy and the actual price becomes last minimum . The last maximum calculated for last 100 bars.
When the price across last maximum - switcher is green, we can buy. The last minimum calculation for last 100 bars, last maximum is actual price.
This two protections will save You from buying if price get crash down.

Zigzag Trend/Divergence DetectorPullbacks are always hardest part of the trade and when it happen, we struggle to make decision on whether to continue the trade and wait for recovery or cut losses. Similarly, when an instrument is trending well, it is often difficult decision to make if we want to take some profit off the table. This indicator is aimed to make these decisions easier by providing a combined opinion of sentiment based on trend and possible divergence.

Trend detection is done only with respect to previous pivot in the same direction. Hence, if chart has too many zigzags in short period, try increasing the zigzag length or chart timeframe. Similarly, if there is a steep trend, use lower timeframe charts to dig further.
Oscillators does not always make pivots at same bar as price. Due to this some the divergence calculation may not be correct. Hence visual inspection is always recommended.

Enhance divergence calculation. Possible options include using oscillator based zigzag as primary or using close prices based zigzag instead of high/low.
Multi level zigzag option - Can be messy to include more than one zigzag. Option can be added to chose either Level1 or Level2 zigzags.
Alerts - Alerts can only be added for confirmed pivots - otherwise it will generate too many unwanted alerts. Will think about it :)

How it work??
Change :
It is the distance from the close price of previous candlestick and shows the movement value of the candlestick in that timeframe.
RSI :
Default setting are 14 and source close
Value >= 75 : Fill text color maximum overbought
Value >= 65 : Fill text color medium overbought
Value >= 55 : Fill text color minimum overbought
Value >= 45 : Fill text color minimum overbought
Value >= 35 : Fill text color medium overbought
Value >= 25 : Fill text color maximum overbought
ATR :
Default setting are 14 length and RMA smoothing, It like the average swing of the candlesticks.
Alligator :
Default setting are 13, 8 and 5

WonderTrend IndicatorDetermining trends and reversals are the keys to trading, yet very difficult. Parabolic SAR is hard to trade during choppy price action. SuperTrend is a bit late in determining changes of trend and not great and exit signals.
So WonderTrend is a bit of both, a more stubborn PSAR, also a faster SuperTrend. The green is up, red is down, and yellow is caution helps traders read the chart patterns to enter and exit.

It consists of five distinct categories of trading indicators : Volatility, Trend, Momentum, Reversal, and Volume. Each category includes a series of indicators that are widely used in the trading communauty.
The Volatility category includes the Average True Range (ATR) and Bollinger Bands indicators. The indicators states are easily readable, the indicator case is colored based on his actual state. A bullish color (green by default), a bearish color (red by default),
a very bullish color (dark green by default), a very bearish color (dark red by default) and a neutral color (gray by default) displayed when the indicator doesn't give us a clear signal. Some indicators do not have a very bullish or very bearish state. Concerning volatility indicators, the bullish color indicates high volatility, the bearish color indicates low volatility, and the neutral color indicates normal volatility.
Most of the indicators displayed in the table are customizable, and traders can choose to hide the categories they don't want to use. The Indicator provides a quick and easily readable view on the market and allows traders to reduce the number of indicators on their chart making it lighter and more readable.
Distance Oscillator - Support and Resistance by DGT
Prices high above the Moving Average (MA) or low below it are likely to be remedied in the future by a reverse price movement as stated in the article by Denis Alajbeg, Zoran Bubas and Dina Vasic published in International Journal of Economics, Commerce and Management
This study is the third variant that aims to present this idea, and the output of the study is presented as lines that serve as possible support and resistance levels in the future.
1st variant of the idea is presented as an centered oscillator, link to Price Distance to its MA Study , within its description you may find more about the idea and some statistical observations. Also some derivatives with MACD-X, More Than MACD and P-MACD
2nd variant of the idea are presented as colored triangle line (Volatility Colored Price/MA Line), using the same calculation methods and presented in the bottom of price chart.

Options
The users can adjust source and length of the moving average that is used as base for the distance oscillator

Technical details for whom interested
Calculating the price distance to the MA results in a centered oscillator lets call it Distance Oscillator (quite similar to the RSI), as shown in the blow chart
Unlike RSI, oscillations with the distance oscillator are not limited within a specific range, hence identifying overbought and oversold is not as straight forward as it is with RSI. To determine overbought and oversold levels, standard deviation of distance oscillator is calculated and bands generated with the same approach applied with Bollinger Bands.
Once we have the threshold bands then crossing those bands we may assume as important levels and draw a line, if oscillator values keeps above the threshold bands (deviation bands) the logic behind the code will update the line drawing accordingly.
