MACD Strategy [Trading Nerd]This Strategy uses a EMA as a trend filter and MACD for entries. The stoploss can be calculated by the last highs/lows or by the ATR.
Entry Conditions
Long:
close price must be above the EMA
MACD-Line crossover MACD-Signal-Line
MACD-Signal- Line mus be below 0
Short:
close price must be below the EMA
MACD-Line crossunder MACD-Signal-Line
MACD-Signal- Line mus be above 0
Exit Conditions
The Stoploss can be set in two different ways:
1. By the calculated ATR value of the entry Candle. This Value can be multiplied with the ATR multiplier for SL .
For Longs: SL = entry Price - ATR * ATR-multiplier
For Shorts: SL = entry Price + ATR * ATR-multiplier
2. By the previous highest high or lowest low (also called Donchain Channels). The lookback length can be changed in the at Lookback length for HH/LL SL .
For Longs: SL = LL of the last X candles
For Shorts: SL = HH of the last X candles
Take Profit
The TP is calculated by the Risk * Risk Reward Ratio . The Risk Reward Ratio can be changed in the Settings. The Risk is the difference of entry price and stoploss price: Risk = absolute(entry price - stoploss price)
For Longs: TP = entry Price + Risk * Risk Reward Ratio.
For Shorts: TP = entry Price - Risk * Risk Reward Ratio.
Risk Management
You can set the Risk % per Trade in the settings. A Value of 2 means that the position size is calculated in a way that at a loosing trade the strategy will only loose 2% of the current capital (initial capital + net profit).
E.g.: The current capital is $1000 and a trade hits the SL. The strategy will only loose $20.
Info for Alerts: Alert message conversion of JSON Strings. You don't need to add any \n or \" to the alert String.
When you create the Alert the Message must be: {{strategy.order.alert_message}}

Unicorn Quant Strategy [Astride Unicorn]Deeply customizable trading algorithm with instant back-testing. Its position management and trading signals engines emulate every step of the trading process and display all the actions on the chart. For example, the algorithm shows when to enter or partially close a position, move stop-loss to breakeven, etc. The trader can use these signals in their decision-making and replicate these actions in their trading terminal. The script can also send real-time alerts to the user’s Email.
The trading signals feature calculates entry signals for momentum and trend trading. The calculation is based on trend filtering using our custom filter based on rolling historical volatility. The historical volatility is used to distinguish the market regime and determine the current trend direction. In its calculations, the algorithm uses linear regressions instead of averaging. As our practice shows, it helps to reduce signal lag while keeping the number of false signals low.
HOW TO USE
Set stop-loss and up to three take-profit levels, choose rules for moving the stop-loss level, adjust sensitivity of the entry signals and see the back-test result immediately. If the performance of the strategy satisfies you, proceed with the forward-testing or live-trading.
When using this script, please, keep in mind that past results do not necessarily reflect future results and that many factors influence trading results.
SETTINGS
Use Starting Date - when the flag is turned off, the algorithm uses all available pricing data to calculate back-tests; when turned on, back-tests start from a starting date the user can select in the setting below.
Starting Date - sets a starting date for back-testing.
Trading Signals
Trade Length - defines the length of the trades the algorithm tries to calculate entry signals for. Recommended values are from 1.0 to 6.0.
Sensitivity - controls the sensitivity of the trading signals algorithm. The sensitivity determines the density of trading signals and how close the trailing-stop levels follow the price. The higher the value of this parameter is, the less sensitive the algorithm is. High values of the Sensitivity parameters (100-500) can help to withstand large price swings to stay in longer price moves. Lower values (10-100) work well for short- and medium-term trades.
Signals Type - In the Signals Type dropdown list, there are two options: Market Timing and Market Bias. Market timing is a type of trading signaling when the algorithm tries to find a perfect moment to enter and exit a trade. Market Bias is the type of trading signaling when the algorithm tries to be in a position all the time. When a trade is closed, the algorithm determines a direction to which the market is currently “biased” and immediately opens a trade in this direction.
Position Management
SL - sets stop-loss level measured as a percentage of the trade entry price
TP1, TP2, TP3 - sets take-profit levels measured as a percentage of the trade entry price
Close % at TP1, Close % at TP2, Close % at TP3 - Sets portions of the open position(as a percentage of the initial order size) to close at each of the TP levels
At TP1 move SL to, At TP2 move SL to - Sets the rules for moving stop-loss level in an open trade to protect the floating profit
Dashboards
Active Position Information - turns on/off a dashboard that shows the current SL and TP levels for the active position.
Recommended SL,TP Settings - turns on/off a dashboard that shows recommended settings for the SL and TP levels.
Top 40 High Low Strategy for SPY, 5minThis strategy is developed based on my High Low Index SPY Top 40 indicator
Notes:
- this strategy is only developed for SPY on the 5 min chart . It seems to work with QQQ as well, but it isn't optimized for it
- P/L shown is based on 10 SPY option contracts, call or put, with strike price closest to the entry SPY price and expiry of 0 to 1 day. This includes commissions (can be changed). This is only an estimate calculated using an arbitrary multiplier factor, this can be changed in the setting
- P/L is based on $5000 initial capital
- Works with both regular / extended trading session turned on/off. However, max drawdown is 1/2 with extended trading session ON
- there is still a bug that doesn't allow alert to be created due to calculation error, will update once fixed
This strategy combines signals from the following indicators to determine entry signals:
- High Low Index SPY Top 40
- MACD
- Linear Regression Slope
Entry signal is triggered when:
- High Low Index line crosses the EMA line
- MACD trending in the same direction
- Linear Regression slope is accelerating above a threshold in the same direction, indicating a strong trend
Profit target(PT) and stop loss(SL) are determined using ATR value, with 2:1 Reward to Risk ratio as default.
Exit signal may be triggered prior to PT or SL trigger when:
- High Low Index SPY Top 40 shows a reversal after overbought or oversold conditions (optional)
- Opposite entry signal is triggered
There are a number of optional settings:
- Turn on/off "option trading", P/L will be calculated using share price only without multiplication factor for trading option contracts
- # of options per trade, default to 10
- Reinvest with profit made
- Trade with trailing SL after PT hit
- Take profit early based on Top 40 overbought/oversold
- Trade 0/1 day expiry. This will signal exit by the end of the day on Mon/Wed/Fri, and only exits 1/2 of positions (if in profit) on Tues/Thurs
- Can reduce the SL level without impacting PT
- No entry between 10:05 - 10:20 (don't ask me why, but statistically it performs better)
Consider donating me some of your profit if you make $$$ hahaha~ ;)
Enjoy~~
TPS - FX TradeI based my strategy on the Lagging Span 2 line in the Ichimoku Cloud. I actually designed the strategy for the DAX Germany index 3 Minutes period, but you can use it on any instrument you want. I would like to point out some points that you should pay attention to when optimizing the strategy for the instrument you want to use.
Position Take Profit and Stop Loss levels are tick calculations. These values will differ for each instrument. If you are trading in Forex, the values you will write here should be starting from the numbers after the comma in the instrument value. For example, if you want to take profit at "200" points in DAX, you must write "20000" in the Long or Short Take Profit Score field, this applies to the Stop Loss Points, but if you want to take profit or stop loss at 200 points in UKOIL, you must write "200" in the entry part.
Octopus_AlgoGram_IndicatorHello traders!
I have been developing Octopus trading indicator over the last year. This algorithm indicator is based on a set of different strategies, each with its own weight (weighted strategy). The set of strategies that I currently use are 5:
Volume
ADX
MA crossover
Macd
Chaikin Oscillator
Moreover, this indicator includes STOP losses criteria and a taking profit strategy. this indicator must be optimized for the desired asset to achieves its full potential.
Best Time-Frame :
The 10 & 23 Minutes Time frame give good results. The algo has been tested for several asset (same dataframe, different optimization values).
When to Buy & Sell :
Buy Entry & Exit : Take entry when Green Arrow or Buy Trigger on screen & Exit when Purple Arrow or exit trigger on screen
Sell Exit & Exit : Take entry when Red Arrow or Sell Trigger on screen & Exit when Purple Arrow or exit trigger on screen
Important note:
Backtest the algorithm with different data stamps to avoid overfitting results
How it works:
The algorithm is based on a combination of well-documented indicators. First, the algorithm calculated the weight_strategy, which represents a value from 0 to 5 of the number of strategies that are fulfilled (in case the weight of each strategy is the same). To open a position, the value of weight_strategy must be greater than the value of weight_signal, by default 2. Modify the indicator parameters for the desired asset and data frame. Set stop-loss and take profit criteria.
Features:
* The algorithm allows to trade with long, short or both positions.
* Backtest the algorithm over a defined interval (data stamp), e.g., from 2022
* stop loss (SL) orders based on movement of the previous candle source, e.g., close or candle volatility . Only close the position after the candle is close!
* It can moves the stop loss when this indicator takes profit (TP)
* Take profit based on market movement and once all condition true they push exit order
* Define delays to evaluate the strategies of more previous candles:
+ Candle delay Exit is the number of candles the algorithm waits to open a new position.
* Choose if you want to use the weighted strategy or just some of them.
* Choose the weight (relevance) of each strategy.
* Customize the well documented MA cross strategy.

Сatching knivesThis strategy is based on the regression line and volume
The Linear Regression Channel is a three-line technical indicator that displays the high, low and midpoint of the current trend.
How does it work in strategy?
If there is a deviation by a given percentage, the entry occurs
//LOGIC ENTRY
-Length-сhannel length
-Deviation-deviation of the boundaries, the higher , the rarer the entries
-% low for regression-deviation directly from the boundaries, the higher the number, the less frequent the entries
-Required % down bar-additional condition for entry (the candle on which the entry takes place from the logic must necessarily fall by a given percentage)
-Volume-the volume, which must be larger by the number of times you specify ( you can set the volume lower, but for better entries, you need to set the deviation percentages higher!)
//EXIT SETTING
Take profit and stop loss when a certain percentage is reached
//SETTINGS NEXT ENTRY AND GRID
Allow signal lower than,% - the next entry into a trade from logic occurs only when a decrease by a certain percentage
Allow grid,% - when the price drops by the percentage specified in the settings, the entry will take place, but only on the next bar.
//DATA RANGE
-Testing results for any period of time
//
Default settings for infrequent but relatively accurate entries for TF 1 hour.
It costs pyramiding 5 and take profit 5%. Choose the flavors of your choice!
Good luck!
Combining Trailing Stop and Stop loss (% of instrument price)Both a trailing stop and a stop loss are necessary tools for every trader, for locking in as much profit in any given trade, while on the other hand minimizing the risks involved in trading.
I started to write this scipt to give an answer to many traders who wanted these two tools combined, but didn't find any way to program this.
TV has some shortcomings in the built-in functions regarding this topic. You can use 'stop' and 'limit', or 'loss' and 'profit' and even functions with trailing stops. But all of these lack the flexibility of the use of percentages.
I used many ideas of the community, and with this scrip I want to give back to the community.
The strategy is just a simple crossing of two Exponential Moving Averages, so do not start trading based solely on this script.
Also keep in mind that no two assets are the same, and adjustments should be made in the configuration for every asset.
This script should be viewed as a template, just take out the chunks of code you need. A savvy programmer can undoubtedly implement a 'take profit' of 50% halfway down the trade.
The features are:
-Everything is easily adjustable through the configuration section
-2 EMA's which form the strategy to go Long or Short
-Trailing stop, which adjust itself every bar according to the configuration
-Stop loss, which uses the entry price of the trade and stays at the same level according to the configuration
-The chart provides a visual reference for the levels of both stops
Happy trading!
Backtest EngineThis is a simple backtest engine for your trading strategies. The idea behind this script is to make testing new strategies as easy as possible. Parameters such as take profit/stop loss and time period are built into the script and are customisable by the user via the settings interface. The only coding is to set the entry and exit conditions. Users need not touch any code beyond line 30.
For this post, I have used a 50/200 SMA crossover to demonstrate the ease of use for this script.
The features of this script include:
Backtest period start
Number of days until backtest period end
Take profit and stop loss % (via settings)
Programmable long and short entry/exit
Anti duplicate system (for entry conditions that are continuously satisfied, the engine will only make 1 trade until the is exit condition is satisfied).
DISCLAIMER: The strategy in this post is only a placeholder. The TP/SL levels are set to showcase the functionality of the engine and are in no means optimal settings.
Hope this helps! Feel free to ask any questions about the engine and happy coding!
Open Price StrategyThis strategy is based on the idea of buying off the open price and then holding until the end of the trading day. It will however swap if price crosses over the open price line.
It will plot a line based on the open price at the time you select for it to search for the open price. You can also select the open price source and time frame.
Next select your entry price source and time frame which will be used to determine if price is above or below the line for entry or swap.
You can then select the time frame for when you can enter trades. This is useful if you want it to only enter and swap for the first say 30 minutes of the day then hold.
Next select your time frame to exit trades. If your ending time is 1555 for example it will exit the open trade at 1555 so that way you don't hold it overnight. You must select "Enable Close Trade At End Of Exit Time Frame" or it will hold the trade.
Lastly there's a stop loss and take profit you can enable and use. It will be up to you if you want to use it since if stop loss or take profit is hit then it will still re-enter and continue trading.
v1 Automatic Trading Bot | BacktestHello Friends.
We have been working on this script for a long time. Briefly, our scenario works as follows.
This test data includes results as of January 1, 2022 using a balance of $1000 and 10%.
WORKİNG LOGİC :
Relative Strength Index
Directional Movement Index
Relative Momentum Index
Indicators are Blended.
1 conditions are met in the overbought and oversold zone.
If the Directional Movement Index Signal is in the same direction, If all signals are in the same decision, it will be position.
We can set the take profit and stop loss levels on the algorithm as % over the entry price.
HOW TO ADJUST :
Formula a and formula b values are adjusted by increments or decrements of 1 each. these adjustments should be changed according to the time frame and chart layout.
You do not need to intervene in overbought and oversold zones. The Best Values were thus deemed appropriate.
If you still want to intervene, you need to know; When you change the overbought and oversold values, the entry time and risk will increase.
Together with the backtest script we are able to adjust the algorithm to all timeframes.
For example, while these settings are ideal for 5 minutes, it is necessary to change the strenght and formul values for a 15-minute period. This provides a user-specific adjustable strategy.
There are 6 different triggers in total on the alarm version.
Enter a long position.
Long position take profit
Long position stop loss
Enter a Short position.
Short position take profit
Short position stop loss
Currently, one platform is also connected to the binance exchange via an API .
The maximum leverage is set to 5 and a maximum of 5 trades are ordered to enter.
I will post the alarm version soon.
Good Luck Everyone !
RSI StrategyThis RSI strategy will allow you to go long when RSI is overbought and go short when RSI is oversold. You can also change the checked boxes to reverse this. Uncheck "Overbought Go Long & Oversold Go Short" and check "Overbought Go Short & Oversold Go Long" to use this reversed option.
You can also choose to use an ema filter as an additional qualifier for entry. Uncheck "No EMA Filter" and check "Use EMA Filter" if you want to use it.
Be sure to enter slippage and commission into the properties to give you realistic results.
I've also built in backtesting date ranges and the ability to trade only within certain times of day and have it close all trades at the end of that time frame. This is especially useful for day trading stocks. To specify a time from use the format 0930-1100 or whatever your trading hours will be. Check off "Enable Close Trade At End Of Time Frame" to close the trade at the end of your trading hours.
You can also specify a % based take profit and stop loss. Also keep in mind that the way this code is designed if you use the stop loss and/or take profit and it reaches either target and closes, then it will immediately re-enter if the condition for long or short entry is true.
Finally there's custom alert fields so you can send custom alert messages for strategy entry and exit for use with automated trading services. Simply enter your messages in the fields within the strategy properties and then put {{strategy.order.alert_message}} in your alert message body and it will dynamically pull in the appropriate message.
CCI StrategyThis CCI strategy will allow you to enter a long or short off a CCI zero line cross or control entries and exits from custom upper and lower band lengths. You can set a custom upper band which it will buy when it crosses up and then a custom upper band exit which it will sell when it crosses down. For a short you can set a custom lower band which it will short when it crosses down and the custom lower band exit which it will exit the short when it crosses up. Be sure to enter slippage and commission into the properties to give you realistic results.
I've also built in backtesting date ranges and the ability to trade only within certain times of day and have it close all trades at the end of that time frame. This is especially useful for day trading stocks. If you check off "Enter First Trade ASAP" then when using the time frame option it will enter the current trade. If however you uncheck that box and instead check off "Wait To Enter First Trade" it will wait for the trend to change and then enter.
You can also specify a % based take profit and stop loss. Also keep in mind that if you have "Enter First Trade ASAP" checked off and use the stop loss and/or take profit then it will re-enter the current trend again.
Finally there's custom alert fields so you can send custom alert messages for strategy entry and exit for use with automated trading services. Simply enter your messages in the fields within the strategy properties and then put {{strategy.order.alert_message}} in your alert message body and it will dynamically pull in the appropriate message.

3 Indicator Strategy (StochRSI, MFI & EMA) With Safety OrdersThis strategy uses Stochastic RSI, Money Flow Index and EMA with settings for lower time-frames.
It also features safety orders based on 3 different take profit and stop loss methods.
Recommended Indicator Settings for lower time-frames;
Stoch RSI: 1,1,100,100
MFI: 30
EMA: 100
Take Profit/Stop Loss Settings:
There are 3 TP/SL types available;
- Pips -> based on minticks
- Base Value -> manually entering a value for the actual profit/loss.
- Opposite Signal -> e.g. if the current open order is long, strategy waits for the next short signal.
Supertrend StrategyThis Supertrend strategy will allow you to enter a long or short from a supertrend trend change. Both ATR period and ATR multiplier are adjustable. If you check off "Change ATR Calculation Method" it will base the calculation off the sma and give you slightly different results, which may work better depending on the asset.
In most cases the stop loss is not needed because of the atr based stop that supertrend provides so you could check only take profit and see if it works best to take profit or to let supertrend trend change get you out.
Correlation StrategyThis is a basic strategy that shows how to trigger short/long/close signals on chart's symbol based on calculations made on another symbol which we consider correlated to it.
With default parameters, ETH/USDT as base symbol, the strategy shows good results in backtest for several symbols : DENT/USDT, BTT/USDT, FTT/USDT, DOT/USDT etc.
This is not surprising giving the importance of ETH in the crypto market so it makes sense many crypto currencies will follow ETH big movements.
Note : the strategy with default parameters is supposed to be applied on 4h timeframe. On other timeframes, try another support length.
How the strategy works :
A wma is calculated on the base symbol, with 200 length by default.
When wma is rising, we go long. When wma is falling we go short.
Take profit for Long/Short and Stop Loss for Long/Short are calculated percentages so 0.05 = 5% etc.
Also, Take profit / Stop loss are calculated on the base symbol not the chart's symbol.
The script uses the Monthly Returns table slightly modified to include buy & hold returns. Credits to @QuantNomad
Joint Conditions Strategy Suite + TradingConnector alerts bot"Please give us combined alerts with the possibility of having several conditions in place to trigger the alert." - was the top voted request from users under one of the recent blogposts by TradingView.
Ask and you shall receive ;)
TradingView is a great platform, with unmatched set of functionalities, yet this particular combo of features indeed seems not to be in place. Fortunately, TradingView is also very open platform, thanks to PineScript coding language, which enables developing combos like the requried one and plenty of other magic.
I have already published numerous "educational" scripts, showing how to code indicators and alerts with PineScript, but... this is not one of them. This one is for real. READY FOR USE on real markets, also by the non-coding traders. Just take my script, set parameters with dropdowns, backtest the strategy, fire the alerts and execute them.
HOW TO USE IT
In "Settings" popup I tried to mimic the CreateAlert popup dropdowns for selecting logic. Let's say you want to enter Long position at Stochastic KxD crossover. In first line of Long Entry conditions set "StochK" + "Crossing Up" + "StochD". Last field doesn't matter because in 3rd dropdown something else than "value" was selected. In second line you could set "maB" + "Greater Than" + "maC" to filter out those entries which are in direction of the uptrend. And yeah, add ADX>25 to make sure the market is actually moving: "ADX" + "Greater Than" + "value" + "25". All condition lines must be TRUE (or skipped) for the entry to be triggered. Toghether with an alert.
The same for Short entries. Combinations are limitless.
INDICATORS AND MTF (MULTI-TIMEFRAME)
In those dropdowns you can select candle values like open/close/high/low/ohlc4, but also some most popular indicators, which I have pre-built into this script: RSI, various Moving Averages, ADX-DMI, Stochastic and Bollinger Bands for start. You can configure parameters of those indicators also in "Settings" popup, in "Indicator Definitions" section. What's important, you can use any of these indicators from higher timeframe, setting MTF multiplier. So if you applied this indicator to 1h chart, but want to use rsi(close,14) from 4h chart, set MTF to 4. If you want to use current timeframe indicators, keep MTF at 1, which is a default setting here.
Note for coders: to keep focus of this script on joining conditions, entire logic for those indicators has been moved to external library, also open source. I encourage you to dig into the code and see how it's done. I love the addition of libraries concept in PineScript.
CUSTOM INDICATOR
Following the "openness" spirit of my master - which is TradingView itself - my work is also open, in 2 ways:
1. This script is open source. So you can grab it, modify or add any functionalities you want. I cannot and don't want to stop you from doing that. I'm asking for only one favor - please mention this source script in your credits.
2. You can import the plot (series) from any other indicator on TradingView. In Settings popup of my script, scroll down to "Indicator Definitions" section, and select the series of your choice in the first dropdown. Now it is ready to use in conditions dropdowns on top of the Settings popup.
Let me give you an example of that last scenario. Take another script of mine, "Pivot Points on SR lines DEMO". You can find it in "Indicators & Strategies" library or here: (). Attach it to your chart. Now come back to THIS script, open Settings popup and in "Custom Indicator aka Imported Source" select "Pivot Points on SR lines: ...". The way it works - it detects if a pivot point happened on Support/Resistance line from the past and returns 1 for PivotLow and -1 for Pivot High. Now in first Long Entry condition set: "custom indicator" + "Greater Than" + "value" + "0" and long entries will be marked on every pivot low noticed on Support/Resistance line.
ALERTS
Last but not least - the alerts. This script produces alerts on the entries calculated by strategy logic, as marked on the chart by the backtester. Moreover, syntax of those alerts is already prepared and fully compatible with TradingConnector - alerts executing tool (bot), if you want to auto-execute those trades. Apart from installing the tool, you need to set
up the alerts in TradingView, here is how:
open CreateAlert popup
in first dropdown select "Joint Conditions Strategy Template"
in second dropdown select "alert() function calls only"
And that's all. You only need to set one alert for the whole script, not one for Longs and one for Shorts as it was in the past. Also, you don't need to setup closing alerts, because stop-loss/take-profit/trailing-stop information is embedded in the entry alert so your broker receives it as early as possible. Alerts sent will look like this: "long sl=40 tp=80", which is exactly what TradingConnector expects.
Phew, that's all folks. If you think I should add something to this template (maybe other indicators?) please let me know in comments or via DM. Happy trading!
P.S. Pyramiding is not supported in this script.
Disclaimer : I'm not saying above combination of conditions will make you money. Actually none of this can be considered financial advice. It is only a software tool. Use it wisely, be aware of the risk and do your own research!
[Fedra Algotrading Strategy Trailing Stop Version]Simpler version of my popular strategy.Optimized for cryptocurrencies. Originally conceived to trade automatically through bots (that's how I use it), it also works to get signals and trade manually in any exchange.
It works in spot.
Buy the dip:
Attempts to buy on the dip, finding entries when the price makes abrupt dips that break deviation of the linear regression of the last periods.
Trend Detection:
Determines whether the market is in an uptrend or downtrend by crossing 2 SMAs + super trend in different temporalities. This affects the performance of the strategy. It works as a filter to avoid making entries in a downtrend.
% Trailing Stop Loss. The Stop Loss is placed a % below the price and accompanies it in the rises to make the most of an uptrend.
Optionally, you can set up a percentage Take Profit
It allows you to easily configure the backtest period to optimize the parameters for consistent results.
The strategy calculates by default a commission of 0.1% on each trade to make the backtest more "pessimistic".
Includes advanced features for compatibility with different bots platforms in the market.
Risk management by % of equity or by maximum series of losses.

Instrument-Z (3Commas Bot)Instrument-Z is what I am currently using as my 3Commas Bot.
It allows you to customize signals from 3 indicators; Crossing MA's, Stochastic RSI, and WaveTrend.
Better yet, it allows you to setup these signals separately depending on whether the Trend MA is going up or down.
So there are 2 sets of inputs for everything, Uptrend inputs and Downtrend inputs.
I have realized that we can't expect a strategy to work the same way in an uptrend vs downtrend, so the inputs should be separated too.
In my testing, separating increased the net profit by 60% on average.
You can select whether you are trading Long or Short.
You can choose your stop loss and take profit levels as well as trade expiration.
You can choose if you only want to trade with the trend (making the opposing signals irrelevant).
The trend is based on the Trend MA.
This script is specifically for cryptocurrencies.
I've noticed that MA crosses on other asset classes are unreliable because the fluctuations are not strong enough to push the MA's across each other in a meaningful way.
If you want to use this as a 3Commas Bot, then you will have to copy the code of the strategy and paste it into your own personal script.
Then you have to change the alert messages at the bottom of the script.
Make sure to change your alert message from this;
{"message_type": "bot", "bot_id": 0000000, "email_token": "0b000a0a-0aa0-00aa-0aa0-000a00000a0a", "delay_seconds": 0}
To this;
{\n\"message_type\": \"bot\",\n\"bot_id\": 0000000,\n\"email_token\": \"0a000a0a-0aa0-00aa-0aa0-000a00000a0a\",\n\"delay_seconds\": 0\n}
With \n after each new line and \ before each quotation.
In the Alert setup, select "alert() function calls only".
This indicator is like a middle ground of complexity between the Juicy Trend indicator and the Instrument-A indicator.
And because it does not feature my neural network project, I have made it open script.
Enjoy!

DESCRIPTION
SSL Strategy with ATR, Volume, ADX, TakeProfit, Profit Cycle Indicator and Extended Trend Control.
The component is based on moving averages, its effectiveness is greater in long periods: 4H, 1D, 1S
HOW DOES IT WORK
The component works with a fluctuation band in which the price moves, it consists of an upper moving average of 10 periods and a lower moving average of 8 periods, both configurable according to the volatility of the asset. Since the band has little width, prices trigger buy and sell alerts frequently, but the component has a trend control based on SMA, EMA, VWAP, HMA that allows to take advantage of the intermediate trend of the asset and cancel the early buy alerts and sale, maximizing the development of the parabola, additionally the component allows to confirm the entries with indicators such as: ATR (valatility), Volume and ADX (direction strength), this to achieve entries with a greater probability of success.
WHY USE IT
Its configuration is simple, it requires adjusting few parameters and although it is ideal for long-term operations, it allows periodic take profit, under the philosophy of profit evaluation at present point and not profit evaluation at future point, ensuring income in less time. additionally it has a visual profit indicator, which allows you to graphically see if a money generation cycle (buy or sell) is a winner or a loser, it also allows you to operate according to the general trend of the asset, that is, you can adjust the behavior of the resource to carry out purchase and sale operations or only purchase or only sale. This component not only graphically indicates when to take profit (takeProfit), but it is responsible for closing the current operation and opening a new operation in the same direction. This is the ideal resource for automated alert-based trading against platforms such as 3Commas.
HOW TO USE IT
Press the "Indicators" option, go to the "Public Library" segment, write the name "SSL-Extendido-Estrategia por Neil", double-click on the record and it will be added to your work panel, now, all that remains is to configure its parameters and use it. By pressing the Reset Values Option, you will have a basic configuration that respects the fundamental concepts of trading and the use of multiple indicators in a single study.
