How to get in touch with the Support Team

That's simple! Just keep in mind that individual support is available for paid plan subscribers. 

At first, ask our online chatbot assistant for help. It's a great tool that can find an answer to your question in a fraction of a second. If your issue is more complicated, you will be offered an option to submit a support request. Our agents will contact you back via this ticket.

 

If you're on the Basic plan, you can always use the chatbot assistant and submit your feedback if an answer to your question isn't found. If you face billing-related issues on the Basic plan, don't hesitate to send an email to support@tradingview.com. In addition, you can try to find an answer to your question in the Knowledge base. Its articles are available for all users. We always add new information and try to cover as many questions as possible. Feel free to navigate all folders.

 

We also have a blog where we announce new features and publish news. Moreover, there is our community on Reddit where many users ask questions and suggest features and tools for future TradingView production. Perhaps by reaching out to this community, you will find information from active members on resolving your issues or answering your questions.
