As you can see the order flow is built to the upside and the OB's are respected. The last push to the downside failed to break the most recent low so the move long is very likely in the short term as volume to the downside appears to be decreasing.
Once price reaches that premium zone, another pivot high will probably form to initiate a new head and shoulders pattern to the downside anticipated.
