3w stair-stepping to 40k-42k WHERE SMART MONEY IS ACCUMULATING

If this is a repeat of Jan 8, we entered into a 3 week stair-step to 50-60 day EMA. 40k is rock solid support. Perhaps Yellin is helping big institution get in at a good position. This may last for 3 weeks, but more likely it will be quicker this time. Follow the smart money and spread your buy orders around 40-43. This will be a springboard to the high 90k's in the short term.
