NVT 3 day reached ATH

looks to me now as if the NVT has possibly topped and The Last 3 day candle Looks very Bearish to me. however NVT can staircase here and price can still go up, corrections will happen and are to be expected at this level, I had originally thought NVT was in a rising channel, and now believe it is in a Horizontal Channel, it will be interesting to see if the channel levels are respected on the way down and if a base is formed in which i would believe upward momentum will continue without a major (80%) correction or more, however if a sharp drop happens and no base is formed Lower prices can be expected before upward momentum continues. the topping Tail candle on the 3 day previous to this one is obviously Bearish. i am looking to see a reaction fr Bitcoin in the 54,000$ area.
