Well people will argue this not a Cup & Handle but it comes close I reckon.
The lip of the handle looks within reach soon and because of the size by comparison with other such examples must indicate very high future targets although I am sure there will be pullbacks on the way. The fork from early 2015 is proving to be quite a useful trend.
