The the descending lines represent the actual trend

Look at where the price was stopped on the RSI

Look where it was stopped by the 50SMA

The MACD is not wrong. Is just indicating something else that has not occurred yet and may never occurred. It depends what it does in shorter timeframes.

But that stop on the 50 line of the RSI and that stop on the 50 SMA are important stops. The bulls tried to take control but stopped at crucial points.

You can see the fight between bulls and bears by looking at volumes.
