As you can see in my chart, Bitcoin still moving in a bear flag.
I don't think Bitcoin is ready for a new Bull Run... not gonna happen so fast imo. Anyway if you want to know the next step of Bitcoin you should follow
SPY and 
QQQ because they lead the Bitcoin and the entire crypto market for now.
Monthly and Weekly candle will close today so I expect some manipulation pump (Bull Trap) as happened last month.
That Bull trap could hit $28k then we might see a new dip to
12K~ which is high demand and support zone.
