BTC USD : BTC $30000 . Is it possible?

Nice to meet everyone who is looking for These Ideas. I will be glad to hear your opinion about this.
Waiting BTC to reach 30K isn't a good idea. Technically we have nice bullish wedge, so I'm going to buy BTC at $39,000 and wait it to pump. It can fluctuate during about 2-3 days.
What do you think about BTC? Should I wait for a drop or buying now is a good idea?
