Added a "Secondary" FIB between the 0.786 and 1.0 PRIMARY FIB levels to provide more details. Also adjusted the the White Scenario #1 and adjusted the Blue Scenario #2 lines a bit.

I'm rolling on a moisture sealant on the center block wall to the back and the center block wall to the right before I secure 2x4's vertically on those two center block walls to act as framing for the plywood to attach to the 2x4's. I'll also need to run electrical and network wiring through the 2x4's before I put the plywood wall on top of the 2x4's in a similar way I did my office at my house. i.imgur.com/CU4G0UB.jpg
Here's a look at the one and only existing framed wall in the basement. I will need to run electrical and network wiring through the framing before I attach plywood over the 2x4's.
