As you can see in the chart, monthly is going up, and MACD is turning up. BUT... and this is very important to take into account, weekly is super overbought. That means it must go down again sooner or later.
I don't like the situation at the moment, to be honest. Maybe I'm wrong, but maybe not. If monthly MACD crosses below 0 once weekly starts going down, BTC will fall really deep..
That said, I hope it doesn't happen, but it can, so be ready.
