Since the beginning of the year, Bitcoin is trading in a parallel channel between 35 and 45.
However, the last drop stopped before the low of the channel, at 37.500, and the new range formed between 37500 and 42500 now.
A break should follow this tightening that can provide direction for the next period.
A break above 42500 would expose 45 zone and 52k furthermore.
On the other hand, a break under 37500 could lead to a new low of around 30k with 35k as interim support.
