BTC (Prj.2019.P03.E09.v2). Next Target

We have now ruled out 2 scenario's and at this point (previous posting), I'm looking at the 12,500 as the next target, however I have concerns between this range above 12275 and below 12500. I have a fib ring that has made prices drop when this is touched.

With 13K being the main target.

Now this is the pattern I feel is most correct (not my idea). The target we have is just short of 13K. If this happens and creates another long wick, we would have 3 long wick rejections and hence I will be looking for a big pullback in that case.
I am not convinced these recent developments having 2 big weekly candlesticks are making this qualified as the break out yet. Too early to say as well.
